I have been a full time veterinary staff member since April of 2019 and recently graduated from Gateway Technical College with an Associate degree in Applied Science. For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to make an impact on this world, for me, veterinary medicine has allowed me to speak for those without a voice and help our pets have the best lives they could ever ask for. I am very passionate about animal behavior as it allows us to better understand our pets and perhaps even communicate with them. I am also passionate about coming to work each day and being able to work with animals. I mean, for pet’s sake! I get to wake up each day knowing each face I see will make my heart pitter-patter and being able to share a piece of my heart with them is a feeling of gratitude I could never describe. Growing up we always had pets in our home and I continue to do so to this day. In my free time I have found myself raising an army of kittens and have slowly been turning into that “crazy cat lady” but don’t worry, I try to balance it by being a mediocre guitar player, singing, and binge watching Netflix while I snack in bed.
